About London Business School
London Business School is a business school which was established in 1964 and offers masters, executive education and PhD degrees in various streams of management science ranging from finance to digital transformation and innovation.
The university strongly emphasises creating and multiplying social transformations and partners with a number of global organisations to realise this goal.
The university, popularly referred to as the LBS, is home to a wide range of notable alumni from over 150 countries. Reputed business leaders, economists and professors are a part of the London Business School alumni network. Alumni include Cyrus Pallonji Mistry, former chairman and CEO of the Tata Group, Tony Wheeler, founder of Lonely Planet and Justine Greening, the Secretary of State for Education and member of the British House of Commons.
The university operates more than 16 research institutes. There are more than 70 student clubs on the school campus including consulting, energy, entrepreneurship, Latin American and Chinese clubs.
The school campus is located in Sussex Palace in Marylebone, London and consists of facilities such as sport centres, restaurants, cafes, and libraries. The university also owns a privately run pub called the “Windsor Castle” nearby the campus.
LBS also operates an international campus in Dubai offering both executive MBAs and executive educational courses.
London Business School has strong academic partnerships with a host of leading business schools across the world including the University of Hong Kong and the Columbia Business School.
